Hi, I'm Annie.
My love for baking was born in the heart of my home, where I grew up watching my mum spend countless hours in the kitchen, always creating something delicious. Inspired by her, I began experimenting with my own recipes, sharing every batch with friends, neighbors, and family. Their encouragement (and honest feedback!) helped me refine my bakes and slowly perfect the flavors I now cherish.
Though I don't come from a traditional baking background, I've discovered that joy, creativity, and a little persistence are the best ingredients of all. Bun Break is my way of sharing that joy with you — small-batch, homemade treats crafted with love, and a hope that every bite brings warmth, comfort, and a smile.

At Bun Break, everything is baked fresh in small, thoughtful batches — no rush, no shortcuts. Here's how it all comes together:
Monday to Thursday
Place your orders anytime from Monday through Thursday. This helps us plan our small batches and make sure every bun is baked to perfection.
Friday & Saturday
We spend Fridays and Saturdays in the kitchen — rolling, proofing, and glazing with care (and maybe a little dancing along the way).
Fresh & Warm
We offer local deliveries and pickups only. Orders are baked fresh on Saturday morning, so when you collect or receive yours, your buns are still warm and at their very best.
Sunday
Sundays are our slow day — a time to pause, recharge, and dream up new bakes for the week ahead.
